Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all items are non-refundable.

Should you be unhappy with the quality of our product or if the product arrives damaged, please advise us of any issues within 24 hours of delivery. We must receive the photos within 24 hours of your delivery arriving for you to be eligible for a replacement or refund. 

Please send photos of the products you are unhappy with along with a note of the type of foliage & number of stems or length of garland you wish to be refunded for or have replaced to info@irishgreenguys.com.
